Project: P2P Mezon TOKEN Lending Bot

This was our first time building a bot on a new platform, so the whole team learned together from scratch. Thanks to Mezon’s detailed documentation, we gradually figured things out. At first, progress was slow since everyone had separate tasks. Later, after a team meeting and clearer task division, things improved significantly.

Project: Credit Bot – Token Loan Support

Throughout the process, the team constantly supported each other to fix bugs and meet requirements. It was a valuable experience in teamwork and communication. Still, it was hard to balance personal schedules and group meetings. Sometimes, miscommunication led to incorrect features being developed and later reworked, but we managed to overcome those challenges together.

Project: Poker Bot – A Fair and Fun Game

One unforgettable moment was when the bot won a long poker round, and everyone shouted in surprise. There were also nights of debugging because the bot kept going “all-in” for no reason. We even set a goal of 50 commits per week and celebrated with late-night coffee. At first, syncing schedules and handling different coding styles caused conflicts. But with shared coding rules, clear task division, and a complete test suite, we managed to make it work.

Project: Three-Card Poker Bot (Bài Cào)

This was our very first bot project, so everything felt new and challenging. Along the way, small conflicts arose, but we learned to sit down together, discuss openly, and resolve them smoothly. The biggest obstacle was handling token processing, which turned out to be far more complex and time-consuming than expected. Yet, it was also the first lesson in perseverance and teamwork.

Project: Ainz Mezon Bot – A Virtual Pet and Entertainment Bot

As our very first game project, every completed feature brought a strong sense of pride. However, since members came from different fields and had busy schedules, aligning on ideas and the direction of the bot was not always easy. Overcoming these challenges taught us the value of communication, patience, and collaboration.

Project: Idea Suggestion & Randomizer Bot

There was a funny incident when the bot kept randomizing the same dish repeatedly, making the team laugh while fixing it. With everyone’s different study and work schedules, arranging time together was not simple. Moreover, each person had a unique coding style, so merging the code took extra effort—but it also helped us grow in adaptability.

  • Project: Music Bot

Through this project, the two members discovered more about each other’s music tastes. Since it was our first time building a bot together, we were a bit unsure at the start. Testing sessions often turned into playful debates over song choices, creating an atmosphere that was both intense and fun.

Project: Tarot Bot

The bot once gave a reading that one teammate would “stay single for a long time,” which made the entire group laugh and turn it into an inside joke. This “legend” became a symbol of our bond. Still, syncing code and tarot data required great care, because even the smallest error could disrupt the entire bot. Despite late-night testing and mismatched schedules, the project strengthened our teamwork.

Project: Task Assignment Bot

Since our group was formed later, there was some initial hesitation in working together. With limited experience in building bots, everything felt unfamiliar. Yet, driven by the shared determination to succeed, we pushed through and managed to complete the project against all odds.

Project: Timesheet Penalty Comparison Bot

Many late nights were spent debugging together—and playing games in between—creating a unique blend of productivity and bonding. At first, dividing tasks felt confusing, but as time went on, we adapted and developed smooth teamwork that carried us forward.

Project: PM Assistant Bot (Daily Report Aggregator)

A Frontend intern and a Data Engineer intern teamed up to build a complete Backend solution—an exciting and unconventional challenge. At first, communicating in a professional environment was difficult, especially when describing problems to the PM. But through trial, error, and persistence, we overcame the barriers and finished the bot with pride.

Project: Bầu Cua Game Bot

Although the team had limited technical knowledge, creativity filled the gap. Discussions often strayed into all sorts of fun topics, keeping the mood lighthearted and inspiring. However, personal commitments limited the time spent on the project. Still, the group pledged to improve and dedicate more effort moving forward.

Project: Numerology Information Bot

I found my inspiration after an open talk titled “Decode Yourself – Discovering Who You Are through Numerology.” During the development process, I also explored myself through numbers and was fascinated to see how parts of one’s personality could be expressed numerically.

The hardest question for me was: “Why build a bot when all this content already exists on the internet?” The truth is, it’s not about the content itself, but about how it is delivered. The real challenge was to design a clear, scientific, and user-friendly display that could create a unique experience.

Project: Puzzle Race Bot

My most memorable moment was when the bot successfully hosted its very first full race. Before that, our team had spent days preprocessing more than 2 million data records and loading them into SQLite. When I typed the command !puzzle_race 100 3, the bot instantly responded with a sharp image. The entire chat room fell silent. Seconds later, a teammate submitted the correct answer, a “ding” notification popped up, and the bot confirmed the result and updated the scoreboard. The race was incredibly exciting.

The biggest challenge—and the most interesting one—was ensuring transaction integrity in an asynchronous environment. Imagine the bot receiving tokens from 10 players but crashing before the race ends or rewards are given—where would the tokens go? Losing user tokens was unacceptable. To solve this, I designed a solid transaction logging system directly on the MessageDatabase (SQLite) provided by the SDK.

Project: Document Similarity Checker Bot

Since I worked alone, I sometimes ran out of ideas and lacked different perspectives. I remember one night sitting up late, testing the features by myself. It was tiring, but I felt truly happy because I learned a lot through the process.
