Troubleshooting Bots/Apps

If your Bot/App encounters issues, don’t worry! Try the following steps below

Check Permissions​

Make sure the Bot/App has all necessary permissions to function in your Clan (see Manage Bots & Apps for reference).

Remove and Re-invite​

Sometimes removing and re-inviting the Bot/App can fix temporary glitches.

Check for Updates​

Developers frequently release updates to fix bugs and improve functionality. Check notifications on top.mezon.ai or the support channel of the Bot/App.
